Oh, Was That Terrorism?

Apparently the WaPo isn't so sure, given that the word "terrorism" wasn't mentioned until ten paragraphs into the story, and only in a quote from a Feebie.

In a weird twist, only Fox News seems to call it terrorism and they not only do it without ever mentioning the word "Muslim," they point the fingers at white supremacists.

    In disbelief.

Guess they're trying to recoup their image as an actual news station?

    Obviously only PR.

    Thanks!

  2. In fairness, it was an AP story that the WaPo picked up. And the AP is not, at its best, a very coherent news service.

  3. J., no pass from me. The papers write the headlines and anyway, what goes into the paper has to be approved by somebody.

WaPo could have called it "terrorism", they chose not to. Unless they've fired all of their editors and they've gone into "rip and read" mode, that is.

  4. Good God! Did Fox hire a fact-checker? AND suggest white supremacists could do something wrong?
