COMMENT MODERATION IS IN EFFECT UFN. This means that if you are an insulting dick, nobody will ever see it.
Neighbors, shmaybers. I talk to the people who live on either side of me when I see them, which is maybe once a month. I know a couple other people on our street. Everybody goes to work in the morning, and goes inside at night. I don't know if anything has changed. As near as I can tell there have always been a few people I wanted to talk to, and nothing to do with the rest.
