All the Republicans have to do is say "no" and the Obama Administration caves as though it was staffed by clones of Harry Reid. Which is what they are doing on the Bush tax cuts.
When will the Obama Administration get a clue that they are dealing with a pack of bullies. There is no negotiating with a bully, not until you put the little fuck into the hospital for awhile. Then maybe he might be willing to talk and reach agreements, but all the Republicans are doing is eating Barry's lunch and I don't see a single hint that anybody in the West Wing understands that.
