Nepotism Works!

No doubt that W is gnashing his teeth over this.
Kim Jong-un, the youngest of [North Korean dictator] Kim [Jong Il's] three sons, and Kim Kyong-hui, the leader’s sister, were made four-star generals in the People’s Army just hours before a landmark meeting of the Workers’ Party started in the capital, Pyongyang.
The younger Kim is 28. Promotion comes fast in the North Korean Army if daddy's the dictator.

I don't know why they just don't admit that the country is a monarchy.
