While I see the amusing bits, MOB is a pretty standard abbreviation for Medical Office Building. It's always pronounced Em Oh Bee rather than MOB. This explains why "convenient to the ER" is a good thing.

When I was a teenager, my father insisted that I have a square case for my violin rather than have it be mistaken for a machine gun case. Why yes, I grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago!
New Jersey? The area code is Colorado. However, considering the make-up of the Lege in that state, the implication would be just as appropriate.
