When they aren't breaking into law-abiding citizens' homes and shooting their dogs, they are out beating the shit out of college kids for no apparent reason.
If there wasn't video out in the public domain showing that the supposed reasons for the beating were bullshit, they'd have pressed the charges against the kid that was lying on the ground as the cops beat him with their truncheons.
I wish PG County a lot of fun as they defend against the almost-certain Federal civil rights lawsuit.
