Michael Steele and the Strippers
You just have to love those Republicans when they put their blather about "family values" into practice.
Steele apparently has no qualms about spending Party of Hoover funds on financing a really luxurious lifestyle for himself. But absent something worthy of a Federal indictment, the GOP isn't going to fire him. He knows it and they know it.
UPDATE: The RNC issued a statement that basically said "Steele wasn't there, see, you can't prove he was there, see, so there, nyah!" They'll probably find some sacrificial staffie to fire.

COMMENT MODERATION IS IN EFFECT UFN. This means that if you are an insulting dick, nobody will ever see it.
Even more hilarious, they tried to hang the blame on one of the Republican donors who they were wining and dining at this club! Then when this donor produced an email trail showing that a RNC staffer actually asked him to pay the bill because the RNC charge card bounced (WTF?! Whatever happened to "fiscal conservatism", that they managed to max out the RNC charge card?!), then they laid the blame on an anonymous female staffer who made the mistake of actually implementing the RNC policy of taking big donors to sleazy clubs with lots of jiggly womens.
ReplyDeleteI swear, the modern RNC is operating like a sketch from that old show "In Living Color", which apparently Michael Steele saw and decided was a guide to how to live life, complete with the pimp duds and the jiggly ho's, yo. Fortunate for Democrats, Michael's not going to get fired or resign -- who else would be the RNC's token Negro? I mean, it's an all-white men's club more or less, what, they're going to get Clarence Thomas, their other token Negro, to resign and take the job?!
