Nosferatu Says No

Rudy Guiliani has opted not to run for the U.S. Senate.

I can't blame him on two counts. First off, he is making a boatload of money right now. Second, based on what has been going on in the Senate for the last few years, who the hell would want to be a senator?

Which brings me to this clip from Rachel Maddow about the use of the filibuster by the party of Hoover:

"Nebraskans are very special", as in "they all ride the short bus". But New Yorkers are not exactly a cheery bunch these days.
