You Just Can't Make This Shit Up

If you worked for the Republican National Committee, you (or your dependents) could have elective abortions paid for by the employer-supplied (RNC) health plan. That coverage lasted from 1991 until yesterday, when the press found out about it and started asking questions about how the "party of pro-life" could provide that benefit.

Snark would seem to be superfluous.

  1. I remember reading accounts written by clinic workers who had patients preaching at them while they were *having their own abortions,* and being back out on the protest line the next day.

    The disconnect is astonishing.
