ReplyDeleteEven though we have a clause in our Constitution that was written to outlaw it, there is a place for hanging, drawing and quartering.
ReplyDeleteWhat people deserve and what a civilized society can actually do to them are often at odds, but the difference between a public flogging and $28M a year has to be something of a record.
