I don't know why I should be even mildly surprised by this. The world seems to revolve around those assholes, at least as far as our government is concerned.
ReplyDeleteI think it makes sense to test it on expendable test subjects first :) To paraphrase an old joke, presumably bankers are replacing rats for lab tests as (a) there's less public outcry, and (b) there are some things that rats just refuse to do
