What was funniest was seeing how the Republicans in 2001 said that the 11/01 elections were about local issues and then the same idiot had the opposite view in 11/09.

I was glad I sat through to end on this one... my favorite was, "whether that's true or not, everyone's going to be talking about as if it is." Wouldn't it be cool if we had an institution who's job it was to determine what evidence exists to support or deny the truth of a given proposition? Sure seems like it might make democracy a more functional system.
