Littermates, actually. This is Sweetie:
And Gracie:
They are getting on in age. Sweetie is an outdoor cat, virtually feral, though she will, on rare occasions, allow me to pet and/or scratch her. She is a lot smaller than Gracie, who is, truth be told, overweight. Both girls are limping from arthritis. Gracie is on prednisone, nothing to be done for Sweetie. Winter is approaching and Sweetie is very thin.
I don't think she has too many years to go, 12 is very old for an outdoor cat in the Northeast. She is extremely cautious, though, and has survived so far.
Sweetie likes to lie on these chairs, six of them are stacked up. It gets her fairly well above the ground and gives her a reasonably secure vantage point.
