A Saudi Arabian inventor has filed for a patent on a potentially lethal science fiction-style human tracking microchip, the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) told The Local on Friday.I can see this being adopted by some of the more human-rights-impaired regimes, such as those led by the Burmese Junta, Kim Jong-Il and Dick Cheney.
