Fail. Fail. Fail.

The Justice Department improperly withheld important psychiatric records of a government witness who was used in a "significant" number of Guantanamo cases, a federal judge has concluded.
Or, in other words, one of the main prosecution witnesses at GITMO was nuttier than a truckload of almonds, but the prosecution somehow "forgot" to tell the defense lawyers that fact.

Failboat knows only Failure

Between the ongoing string of prosecutorial fuckups at GITMO and now the whole Ted Stevens debacle, is there anyone in the Federal government who is competent to prosecute a goddamn parking violation?

Do you seriously want us to answer that question? :-)
