FBI: "We Stepped on Toes."

This is what the FBI considers stepping on toes: Two people who they hounded drank themselves to death. Marriages dissolved. Careers destroyed.

Your life is shattered, you may even be dead, but to the FBI, they just "stepped on your toes."

Here is my prayer: May somebody "step on the toes" of Robert Blitzer, former director of the FBI's section on domestic terrorism. May somebody "step on the toes" of FBI director, Robert Mueller, who said this: "I do not apologize for any aspect of the investigation. ... It is erroneous to say there were mistakes."

  1. Getting religious? I do agree that the statement by the FBI sounds very like the Inquisition after finding less heresy than expected in Spain, but counting the bodies and number of prisoners awaiting questions and trials. Which means this is another sad story of government gone way too wrong.
