"Mostly Done" in Iraq by 2009?

So says the Army.

That, of course, has nothing to do with the pronouncements by the Iraqi government that they want to set a timetable for foreign troops to leave Iraq. Nothing at all.

Right. Tell me another. Just like the last drawn-out conflict, you can almost always never go wrong by disbelieving everything an Army spokesweasel says.
