Here in Washington State, they let single motorist cars in the lane reserved for buses and carpools, only IF the drivers pay for the privilege.
ReplyDeleteI think if they reduce the speed limits to 55 again, they might offer the same thing---if you want to slam around at 65 to 70, pay for the privilege and get a sticker on the car so ransomed from fuelish responsibility. Yeah, weekends make me fantasize...what can I say.
