Daily Cat Log
On the Plan of the Day for today is a trip for Gracie to the vet's office. She is getting her posterior shaved down in order to cut down on the poo-berries. I dragged out the carrier last night, as she hides as soon as she hears the clanking of the metal door. I have to use an open-top carrier for her, one with a top that swings back, for it's far easier to drop her into the carrier than it was to shove her through the door of one.

COMMENT MODERATION IS IN EFFECT UFN. This means that if you are an insulting dick, nobody will ever see it.
I may have to get Bitey re-shaved for the same reason.
ReplyDeleteHe's getting hairballs on the few remaining patches of long hair that he has, and it's pissing me off to no end.
Good luck with the trip to the vet!
ReplyDeleteEveryday I consider having our long haired cats shaved. The kids like the idea of the lion cut for our big yellow tabby. He's got a clump or two of matted hair on his back that need to be cut out.
Yeah, the lion cut would be perfect for him.
This is one reason why I will not have a long-haired cat. Short-haired cats shed like crazy and sometimes cough up hairballs, but at least you don't have to groom them all the time or clean their ass...
