How the Army Helps Its Troops

If you're a soldier and you came back from Iraq suffering from PTSD, the Army has a great idea: They'll put you up in a barracks just across the street from a rifle range, so you can take your meds to the soothing sounds of automatic weapons fire.

The Army seems to specialize in being institutionally clueless and it seems that they are deaf to any complaints that do not come from either the press or the Congress.
