The Villain of the Century

A new study suggests that if humanity is going to get serious about adverting severe climate change, carbon emissions must be reduced to zero. Not a 80% cut or the "voluntary reductions" championed by the Bush Administration, but all the way to zero, and sooner rather than later.

In one hundred years, when the history of climate change is being written, expect that George Bush will be listed as one of the prominent villains of the age.
