Torture Nation

Bush vetoed a bill that would have outlawed the use of torture by the CIA.

A man who describes torture as "one of the valuable tools" available to interrogate people has demonstrated his complete and utter lack of humanity. Bush has, with a stroke of his veto pen, recorded for time immemorial that he is a monster. He is no different from Father Torquemada, as both are men who used torture (what we now call "waterboarding" was known to the Inquisition as tortura del agua) because they both thought that they were on the side of the angels.

But Torquemada has gone down in history as serving on the side of evil.

As will George W. Bush.

I just hope I live long enough to piss on his grave, I'm going to make a point of doing so, if they bother to mark it.
