The bottle of pills on the left sold for $3.39 for 100 pills. The bottle of pills on the right sold for $3.69/1oo. (I already had a partial bottle of the right-hand pills.) I bought the fake Motrin.I don't understand the discrepancy. The active ingredient in both pills is 200mg of ibuprofin.
