Tactical Pliers

Yes, they make "tactical pliers." Paint it black, call it "tactical" and you can charge the schmuckazoids a lot more for it.

The Goddess only knows what you can charge for a "tactical screwdriver" if you hang a laser on it.

Tactical undershirts. Underpants. But oooh, they are "tactical" skivvies.

P.T. Barnum was wrong, they are being born at a faster rate than one per minute.

  1. Seems like if you paint anything black and add 50% markup, it qualifies for tactical.

    How about some geek stuff?

  2. Crack me up.
Snap On tools for years has sold millions of socket sets in the Oh So Shiny chrome style.
    The Industrial Finish is black.
The black ones are half as expensive and less likely to split, all of their impact sockets are made with it.
I guess I can see their new advertising angle now.
"Tactical Sockets, when you need to fix it undercover".
    Camo edition coming soon......

  3. Bob, I think I'll pas on those skivvys.

OB, if Snap-On labels those sockets as "tactical," they'll cost more than the chrome ones. Betcherass on it.
