The Republicans in Arkansas and Mike Huckabee, who was the governor, had Wayne Dumond released from prison because they thought he was "rehabilitated". Dumond was serving a life sentence for raping a 17 year-old cheerleader who happened to be a second cousin of Bill Clinton. Huckabee and his fellow Republicans evidently figured that anybody who had hurt a Clinton relative had to be a good guy, so Dumond was freed, but only on the condition that he leave Arkansas.
So he moved to Missouri. And he murdered two women.
Sara Andrasek and Carol Shields paid for the GOP's irrational hatred of Bill Clinton with their lives.
