Happy Hannukha!

I usually buy my Hannukha candles afterwards; I'll pick up two or three boxes. This morning, I checked and realized I had a portion of a box left. So on the way home, I stopped in a drugstore. No Hannukha candles; the clerk didn't even know what they were, she showed me some large red and green candles in the Christmas display. The A&P had none. The third place I stopped had a selection.

Fucking disgraceful, that. Jews aren't exactly thin on the ground here, there is a large synagogue up the road from those shopping centers.

Anyway, Happy Hannukha.
