The Republicans' strategy in the Senate is to tie up every bill that doesn't give them everything they want. All in service of and fealty to George Bush.
I say: Fuck them. Pass the bills in the House, send them to the Senate and when the Senate can't pass them, drop the bills. And prepare the ads about the Grinch's Obstructionist Party.
