"Fox Made Me Lie About Kerik"- Regan

Judith Regan, as part of her lawsuit against News Corporation (the parent company of Fixed Noise), alleges that NewsCorp pressured her to lie about Bernie Kerik during the vetting process for his proposed appointment to be Overlord Secretary of DHS in 2004.

The alleged motive was to protect Rudy Guiliani, since Fixed Noise is headed by Roger Ailes, a longtime friend of Guiliani.

I am shocked, shocked, that Fox News would want to slant coverage and hide stuff to protect a Republican.

Yes, I know, it's easy to make allegations in a complaint. But since this will play out in discovery and depositions and motions for summary judgment, a lot of this is going to come out over the next year and it could be very interesting.
