Note that the cafeteria has to be capable of providing three meals a day for all of the staffers (in the event of a siege) and that it has to be rocket, bomb and mortar proof. Bet those 252 prefabricated trailers they're going to use for residences (the ones with formaldehyde problems) aren't going to be rocket or mortar-tight.
