Sovereign--Riiight

"Iraqi officials have said they would like to prosecute the Blackwater case, but it is extremely unlikely that American authorities would allow them to assert jurisdiction."

"Allow?" They have to ask "Mother, may I" to prosecute a bunch of wanton killings?

Notice you don't hear much out of the Chimpy Administration anymore concerning how Iraq is a sovereign nation. They are perfectly content to let them pursue their sectarian cleansing and a low-grade civil war, but everyone knows who is pulling the strings.
