You probably heard about the woman last week who some fashion cop at Southwest Airlines kicked off a flight because somebody was offended at her attire.
Turns out she was not a unique case.
The second woman has it right: If Southwest Airlines wants to enforce a dress code, they need to make it public.
Bet this wouldn't have happened if Herb Kelleher was still running things.
