The Bushies have been blaming L. Paul Bremer, the
Procounsel Head of the Coalition Provisional Authority, for unilaterally deciding to disband the old Iraqi Army.
Too bad for them that Bremer will not accept the blame. Seems Bremer
made notes and kept them.
