This is from Pam's House Blend. Basically, the new Chairman of the Young Republican National Federation has been arrested for engaging in non-consensual oral sex with another man. His lawyer said that it was "consensual". I guess that one of the "consenting" parties was sound asleep at the time makes no nevermind to that attorney. Unless he's going to argue to the court that an erection evinces consent, which is going to be a hard argument to make (sorry about that).
Wait, it gets better. This is not the first time he has done this. He was arrested for a similar act of sexual battery in 1998.
