A LAPD officer took aim and at short range, deliberately shot a TV reporter in the back of her leg.
You can bet the farm that there will be no consequences for that cop. He will go have a drink with his buddies and brag about backshooting a reporter. And they will slap him on the back and buy him another drink.
So when you hear the Administration and other officials whining about how bad the cops in LA have it, consider this: The bastards have earned it.

There was another video of a person shot in the head and
bleeding badly. Again the officers or whatever they were
responded badly.

I saw that video, and the cop aimed directly at her. Pretty obvious that she had a microphone and a camera crew, so there was no excuse for the cop. Probably thinks he's cool now.
