Musk's Brownshirts

The US Marshals Service has deputized members of Elon Musk’s private security detail, giving them certain rights and protections of federal law enforcement agents, three law enforcement officials familiar with the matter told CNN.

As far as I can tell, deputizing mercs/pinks is pretty rare. Now his goons get to have the DoJ defend them when they "accidentally" shoot someone and they can draw on the qualified immunity doctrine instead of being liable for their fuckery like any other mall cop.

  1. Remember the correct pronunciation of DOGE is DOG-E, or simply the
SS (Schutzstaffel). Calling them Dog E seems to annoy them.

  3. If they are now deputized did they have to go through the same background checks and training as a US Marshal? Or does just saluting in the Musk way meet all the qualifications. Maybe they could give them all astronaut licenses with just one test. They all get into a Musk rocket with Musk and then see if they can make into orbit and back, flying manually.
