Every Republican Who Supports the Felon's Attempt to Outlaw Birthright Citizenship is a Traitor to the Constitution

The first sentence of the Fourteenth Amendment:

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.

No wiggle room. You're born here and, unless your parents are another nation's diplomats, you're an American citizen.

The Twice-Impeached Felon has already violated his oath of office with his EO that is trying to repeal birthright citizenship. No wonder he didn't put his hand on the Bible when he was sworn it, it probably would have scorched his hand.

The only legitimate way to change birthright citizenship is to amend the Constitution. Anything else is an unlawful shortcut.

He is a traitor to the Constitution. And if you support what he did, then so are you.

  1. The order is obviously unconstitutional on it's face. I expect the SC will throw it out ( in a close 4-5 vote unless Roberts throws in the towel instead.) What worries me is even Trump must know this, and he will just rage over it and ignore the SC, with the backing of congressional GOP. What then?
