Untied Can't Catch a Break

A delayed United Airlines flight on Thursday led to a four-month-old being hospitalized from overheating, NBC News reported.
I can't think of a reasonable excuse for having an airliner full of passengers sitting on the ramp without running the air-conditioning.

But if Sean "Baghdad Bob" Spicer does leave his current gig, United may be hiring.

  1. Flight was UAL4644, an E-145. From the story, it was at the gate, so they should have had a ground cart with an A/C connection. Sounds like thay may have run out of carts or connectors due to the high temps at KDEN. I guess they couldn't start an engine at the gate (the only reference I can find says no power backs at KDEN), but I'm astounded they didn't bite the bullet and unload the flight.
