"Sorry That You've Had No Electricity For a Week. So We'll Raise Your Rates."

That's pretty much the message that Connecticut Light and Power is telling their customers.

When CL&P recoups its costs, no doubt that they'll beat feet to the utilities commission and ask to lower the rates. Yeah, and they'll be farting rainbows at the same time.
