Who Licks the Boots of the Cell Phone Companies

The FCC. If you file a complaint against a cell phone company with the FCC, the FCC will ask the cell phone company if the complaint is valid. If the cell phone company says "no" (which they always do), the FCC says "roger that, Boss" and closes the file.

So if the FCC ran the courts, you could commit any crime you felt like and, when you pled "not guilty" at the arraignment, the judge would dismiss the charges and let you go scot free.

Such a deal. I hope the Administration adds this outrage to its list of "things to fix that Bush fucked up."
