What we are witnessing is not just their insanity; it's a sign of the decline of an empire. Their last attempt to regain power.
There may not be confirmation, yet, but this sort of macho adolescent bullshit would be what one would expect from Pretty-Boy Pete. And if this is true, the Trump Administration is actively sabotaging our relationships with every other country on the planet (except Russia).
