Perhaps the Pedo's admiration for Sith Tsar Putin extends to believing that a Glorious Emperor can treat the common military personnel like Russian-style cannon fodder, and still retain effective armed forces.
I wonder. But Vlad-IV has a draft to feed his meatgrinder and Cadet Bone Spurs does not.
I can't think of anything that would fill the streets faster than reinstating the draft to feed the Peace Preznit's wars of conquest.
