President Donald Trump appeared to suggest the U.S. will resume testing nuclear weapons for the first time in three decades, saying it would be on an “equal basis” with Russia and China.
President Demento made those comments after Russia claimed to have tested a nuclear-powered cruise missile, which suggests to me that he confused warjhead testing with missile testing.
Beyond that, this missile is going to essentially be a dirty bomb, which makes it a weapon of mass destruction. And we know how to deal with being hit with a nuclear weapon.
As far as actually developing the cruise missile it's hard to believe just like everything that has come out of Russia since their 1917 revolution.

This could be just more smoke and mirrors to threaten the world with their capabilities since their war in Ukraine is going nowhere and some are considering giving the Ukrainians more assistance.
But Khrushchev was right that the U.S. will be destroyed within. And Krasnov Trump is the dimwitted (definitely) unaware (maybe) planted bomb.
