ReplyDeleteAt this point, you have to know that Trump, given his mounting dementia, has a handler feeding him things to be outraged about. I wonder that he hasn't become, in the end, a sort of mindless megaphone of the Right....and truly that is what he has always been: a creature that gives voice and focus to all the confusion, all the hatred, all the resentment of those left behind or de-privileged who feel what was rightfully theirs (it wasn't, there were just lucky or getting a free ride) has been taken away. When did America come to think it was exempt from reality and hard knocks? The Greatest Generation didn't: it was their meat and bread and they made glory out of it. These guys are whining losers.
