How many baseball players are using steroids or other drugs. What sort of idiot thinks that a guy who has a shot at a contract to get paid millions of dollars to play baseball, a guy who has no other talents, is going to say "no, I'll pass on that $25 million paycheck because I don't want to use drugs."
Of course those guys are going to do everything they can that will give them an advantage. It's no different, except for the personal risk to their health, from using a corked bat or throwing a spitball.

I just love that movie,maybe because my grandparents were from the south and I identify with it, I dunno. She performed beautifully in it and I was sorely disappointed she didn't get an Oscar for it,I thought she should have been a shoe in.
